We return to the Innocents apartment complex, and we visit an new character. Betty Lou Glick, who was missing throughout the entire first season, wakes up on the floor of the elevator, which hasn't been working for days.
Cynthia takes a martini lunch and visits Julia at the Boutique. When she gets to the store, she finds Julia on the phone with Michael, which strikes up Cynthia's curiosity, and so she listens in.
Michael and Jefferson discuss new business, and Michael also tells Jefferson where he will hang his next camera.
Betty Lou helps Jonathan out while he's in a bind. When Viener walks in, he finds out that she worked for Betty Lou once before.
Julia waits at a bar for Cynthia, but keeps getting interesting phone calls instead. Cynthia, freaked out by interesting phone calls as well, is fed up with Julia's shananagans.
Jefferson breaks into the apartment of Julia and Anika to hang the camera.
Anika's run-in with Pupe at the art exhibit comes to light, while Jonathan finds out what Julia and Anika have been up to.
Cynthia waits for Julia at a bar and sees Michael there, thinking about his drug problem. Waiting for everyone at their homes were messages about a mandatory meeting at the Innocents.

The tenants of the Innocents meet together in a large room for the mandatory meeting, when they find out who the new owner is and then, a gunshot rings through the air.
