Ever since I was in charge of navigating my own note taking, I've always played around with my writing. I would systematically change the way I wrote letters by practicing, until it became the only way I wrote that letter. It started with the letter "t." I always liked how some T's were written with the little lip at the bottom. With the advent of all that hand lettering on Instagram, I fell in love with the swoopy way cursive r's were written. It took some time, but now I also have swoopy R's. Someday I'll get the handle of a cool-looking andpersand.

I love lettering. I love typography. I've tried working on the cursive hand lettering, and while I really admire the script style, I take pieces of how the professionals do it, and put my own spin on it.  Lately, I've been working on creating a lettering style that I could apply to other projects or keep by itself. What started as a digital trial turned into a style I really like, and it's just as fun to create using pencil, ink, and marker.

Prints of all most of these are available starting at 4x6 in. and going all the way up to large poster size of 24x36.
